Learn how to crochet the Simple Ribbed Crochet Scarf! This is a great scarf that only uses one type of stitch to create a scarf that looks more complicated than it really is. Using a super chunky yarn, this scarf is one that can be easily made up in a day or so.
Materials:
- 1 10oz skein of Super Chunky yarn
- L Crochet Hook
- Scissors
- Tapestery Needle
Key:
- Ch – Chain
- DC – Double Crochet
- FP dc – Front Post Double Crochet
Directions:
- Chain 180
- Starting in the 3rd chain from the hook, DC across all chains
- Ch 3, turn work, and FP dc across all until last dc post, then DC into turning chain
- Repeat step 3 until work measures 5″ wide.
- Bring two short ends together, and single crochet two ends together.
- Use tapestry needle to weave in your ends.
